Best advice given to me to follow was the 24 Hour Rule. A real lifesaver. To this day it’s my golden rule.
Thanks for commenting Would love to know your 24 hour rule ????
Hi Judith – I’m a huge fan of slow living and have blogged about it a few times since I stopped work last year. I think we feel a lot of pressure from the world around us to be busy and “productive” every waking moment, when in fact living a considered life at a pace that suits us is so much more enjoyable. I don’t rush anything these days and I like the “do nothing” idea too.
Thanks for being with me, Leanne, in this good feeling of being slow and tranquil in one’s life process. Magic happens, does it not?
